WEBchanic.com does not warranty or guarantee the quality of the body shop’s repair or installation in on your automobile.  WEBchanic.com does not have any affiliation or interfere with the business dealings of the repair facility.  Repair facilities have varying policies to the extent and scope of work they warranty.  Please check with the repair facility before you agree to have work done on your car.  WEBchanic.com cannot be held liable in case a dispute arises between you and the repair facility.  You take on the same level of risk as you would normally when taking your car to any repair facility.

Keep in mind the bids you receive online are preliminary estimates based on the quality of information you provided from your work request.  A mechanic is not able to give you a reliable estimate until they physically inspect and diagnose your car at the repair facility to determine the amount of labor and parts involved. 

Acceptance of Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and WEBchanic.com regarding your use of the WEBchanic.com service (the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you accept this Agreement and any modifications that may be made to the Agreement from time to time. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you should not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. Use of the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by the terms of this Agreement. The Service is not intended for those under the age of 18.
